Maria Ruggirello has been practicing law in the private and public sectors for over seven years. Maria started her journey at Notre Dame Law School before beginning her successful legal career. She has wanted to serve our state in a higher capacity and now, she’s ready to obtain a seat on the bench.

Dedication to the Rule of Law

Maria was born and raised in Northville, Michigan and is ready to bring her love for the law and her state to our District Court bench. It’s clear to Maria that the role of a judge is to uphold the law and not dictate what it should be. She will never legislate from the bench and is committed to being impartial in all cases.
